Nestling in the heart of the Dane Valley countryside, our 16th century inn is a spectacular setting for your wedding. Visit our wedding gallery page to see some photos of previous events, and there’s plenty more on our Facebook page.

Lovell suite
Our tastefully decorated Lovell Suite, now beautifully refurbished with new curtains and crystal chandeliers, is surrounded by gardens and open countryside and in the summer months, the lavender and sunflower meadow in full bloom.
The Lovell Suite can comfortably hold up to 120 guests for a traditional ceremony and wedding breakfast, with up to 150 guests in the evening. We can accommodate more should you wish to use our outdoor space where we have ample room for a marquee, which is a lovely summer option with which you may consider a BBQ as something totally different to the normal wedding breakfast.
Perfect photo opportunities
The Quinta Aboretum & Nature Reserve, accessible to the side of the inn, has a beautiful lake, an abundance of trees and greenery, making our wedding parties rather spoilt for choice with photo opportunities – whatever the time of year! New for 2016 is our gazebo in the lavender field, a perfect choice for photos or even for the ceremony itself.
Civil ceremony or traditional Cheshire wedding
We are fully licensed for civil wedding ceremonies, both in the Lovell Suite or in our stunning grounds. St. Peter’s Church opposite is over 700 years old and perfect for anyone considering a traditional church wedding.
