Open Monday to Friday from 11.30am
Open all day on Saturdays from 11.30am. Open all day on Sundays from 12.00pm.

Serving food every day


Monday to Friday 12.00 - 2.30pm and from 5.00 - 9.30pm.
Saturdays food served all day from Noon until 9.30pm.
Sundays food served all day until 8.30pm.

Our menus
One of the main attractions at The Swettenham Arms is the superb reputation of our home–cooked food. In addition to quality produce, our Chefs headed by Thomas Ludecke of Red Michelin M and AA 2 Rosette acclaim, are highly skilled and ensure our menus are constantly updated to reflect the changing trends and availability of produce.

Our bar menus vary with the seasons and we have a weekly changing menu of the chef’s chosen specialties’ that is updated on a weekly basis.

A family friendly establishment, we cater for smaller appetites by providing healthy wholesome dishes, making sure we cater for children and adults alike with the same high quality food and service.

We have a warm and cosy interior where food is served in all areas of the pub, alternatively you can dine “Al Fresco” and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in peace and quiet. Please find listed below some sample menu’s to whet your appetite!

Or you could pay a special visit this autumn for one of our delicious afternoon teas, with home-baked cake in front of one of our glorious log burning fires. You might even feel revived enough for a stroll afterwards!
